I have been going here for years and enjoy it a lot because of the fun environment and the connections you get to make with the trainers
I've been working out at Afferent Influence for over 5 years. It's a great training environment and has all the equipment needed for a solid workout. Started training with Nate over a year ago and I've seen huge improvement in my low back pain and overall strength. My kids also train with Nate and have had a great experience learning how to get stronger in a safe way for their age. Highly recommend!!
This place was such a great find. Nate, Bill, and Mike a such nice humans and are great to work with. Nate is my usual trainer and has helped me overcome life long back pain through strength training but I have also had great interactions with Bill and Mike over the year that I have been going there. They are always encouring and push you in a compasionate way. I would recommend this place to anyone.
After injuring my toe and developing leg pain last year, I sought treatment at Afferent Influence and had a fantastic experience working with Nate. His deep understanding of injury rehabilitation and his patient, educational approach helped me regain strength in my leg. This year I felt like I injured it again working out and in just a few visits I was going great and learned the proper way to do movements to prevent injury.
