It is definitely a nice place. The young woman at the front desk has a great attitude and is very helpful. The doctors are very kind. And Rene is an excellent worker—very attentive, friendly, and always has a great attitude; she seems happy every day. She even knows my family now; she is an excellent worker. They make a great team. Thank you for the excellent service.
I had such a wonderful experience at AFC Urgent Care this morning after booking my appointment online the day before. From the moment I walked in at 7:30 AM, I was immediately greeted by Imani at the front desk. She was so kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the check-in process was very smooth. My MA, Irene, brought me back, took my vitals, and got everything started before Miss Markell, the NP, came in. The Staff were great. They were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I would like to also apologize for any staff members who thought it might have been odd that I came in out of breath and sweaty. My scooter broke down halfway, and I had to run the rest of the way to the clinic, but I am glad that they didn’t judge nor ask nor think it was weird of me or look at me in any weird way, so I highly appreciate that.
I was having shortness of breath and knew I needed immediate urgent care. I found AFC online and gave them a call. From the beginning I was given excellent service. Nevaeh the receptionist scheduled my appointment ahead of time and made sure I was good when I got there. My check in and wait time was not long at all. The lady who took my vitals was absolutely amazing and once the PA Meagan came in she made sure she gave me the best care. The staff at this facility is outstanding. From the girl at the front desk to Morgan, the PA and everyone in between. Morgan is a bright, personable, PA with an exceptional personality and shows great care for her patients. AFC is lucky to have her. I recommend this place to anyone.
