By far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Nicole M., the nurse/medical assistant, and Dr. Ollison were both warm and knowledgeable—which, in my experience, isn’t always the case. Dr. Ollison was concise and thorough in his diagnosis, taking time to explain an extensive checklist of possibilities in layman’s terms. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if the rest of the staff is anything like them.
I really felt valued and cared for at this location. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist as soon as I walked in today. She explained the process of doing paperwork online, (which was pretty easy to do) before I was called to be seen by the medical staff. I was called by a young lady named Aja who took my vitals. Came as a walk in for my teen to get a hand xray. We were in and out in 1 hour. I have yet to meet this level of bed side manner, they are excellent. The front desk was so helpful with clear information prior to going there. Is it crazy to say that our urgent care visit was lovely? We are very appreciative of the care we received. I highly recommend this provider. Thank you!
Honestly... okay... this was for my wife's cough. I came in with her because English is her 2nd language and she asked me to join her. Despite that there was no one waiting in the lobby area - everything felt decidedly rushed. Weight, Height, Blood Pressure, Temperature, etc. were measured quickly and when asked about symptoms - it involved frequent interruptions and then a push for a chest X-ray (which felt kind of like a way to 'run up the tab' haha!) she declined as it seemed like overkill for chest congestion (that wa... read more
Gabriel took care of my 1 year old and was better with him than any Dr I’ve ever been to. He took time to make him comfortable and made his experience fun and enjoyable. My son was giggling and didn’t even know he was there for an ear infection. 10/10 recommend. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Cannot speak highly enough.
