This location truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. The doctor was not only knowledgeable but took the time to explain everything clearly. The wait time was impressively short, and the entire space has a clean, modern aesthetic — even the decor adds to the calming atmosphere. Hands down an upper-echelon level of urgent care service.
Quick. Pretty sure it was only a 40 minute wait to get into a room. Nurse was quick. Provider also attended us very quickly. Thorough exam based on symptoms. Provider is great with kids and even gave my kid a toy before we left because my boy wasn’t feeling good. Clinic was also very clean. Front desk is very nice and helpful with any questions. If I had to go to an urgent care again in this area, I would definitely go back to this one. Hope this helps!
This may be the best experience I’ve ever had in a medical environment. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, all were pleasant and very competent in treating me. I was in and out less than an hour.! Bravo Urgent Care South Charlotte!!! Much appreciated -
We had the most amazing experience today with Mr. Gabriel PA. He took extra time to make my 12 month old comfortable by playing and singing to him. My baby usually cries at doctors visits, there were no tears today. Checking in was easy, no unnecessary paperwork and the front desk lady was very friendly as well. I highly recommend this clinic even for small kids.
Asthma attack ignored over $40 copay – please stay away from AFC Urgent Care. I don’t like leaving negative feedback, but I slept on this and still felt it needed to be said. I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment and arrived early at 7:25. I was checked in by 7:28, yet I wasn’t taken to a room until 7:50—while clearly in the middle of an asthma attack with wheezing you could hear without a stethoscope.
