I really felt valued and cared for at this location. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist as soon as I walked in today. She explained the process of doing paperwork online, (which was pretty easy to do) before I was called to be seen by the medical staff. I was called by a young lady named Aja who took my vitals. Came as a walk in for my teen to get a hand xray. We were in and out in 1 hour. I have yet to meet this level of bed side manner, they are excellent. The front desk was so helpful with clear information prior to going there. Is it crazy to say that our urgent care visit was lovely? We are very appreciative of the care we received. I highly recommend this provider. Thank you!
Def had to wait a while but that’s to be expected at urgent care. Nancy upfront was so kind and welcoming. I can’t believe I forgot the MAs name but she was great and super nice. Our PA. I came into the clinic because my child was sick, this place has no heat at all. It was warmer on the outside. The staff members were wonderful but to operate a business with no heat is insane.you guys needs to do better than this People are coming here because we’re sick, don’t make us worse off. Your running space heaters, it’s definitely not working. The staff members were all bundled up as well.
This location truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. The doctor was not only knowledgeable but took the time to explain everything clearly. The wait time was impressively short, and the entire space has a clean, modern aesthetic — even the decor adds to the calming atmosphere. Hands down an upper-echelon level of urgent care service.
