Hello everyone! I was very pleased with everything. Unlike other clinics, I immediately felt the air coming from the ventilation system. Upon check-in, I was given a tablet for the electronic patient data management system, and it's truly much more convenient than paper documents. It's also important to note the professional staff, who strive to create the best possible conditions for patients. Thank you all for your work.

Woke up, unable to to take a standing shower even. Scheduled an appt, seen essentially as soon as I walked in. They took all the appropriate evaluations and precautions including flu/covid testing. Was able to get immediate treatment, including x-rays. I paid out of pocket, was not expensive. Would especially recommend to those without health insurance. Staff was very considerate and courteous

I had never been to an a f c before. I called before. I came in the young lady that answered the phone at the front desk was very professional.. when I did enter the building. The same young lady was. Of course, professional and I told me she would assist me in any way necessary with the paperwork. I would give her five stars without a doubt. This clinic was pretty good! I’ve never been to a walk in clinic before and I thought this was a relatively pleasant experience. I did have to wait a bit longer than I would have liked of course but they were upfront and apologetic about it. I liked Dr. Tibb and if I needed to, I would have no problem going back.

By far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Nicole M., the nurse/medical assistant, and Dr. Ollison were both warm and knowledgeable—which, in my experience, isn’t always the case. Dr. Ollison was concise and thorough in his diagnosis, taking time to explain an extensive checklist of possibilities in layman’s terms. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if the rest of the staff is anything like them.
