Everyone I interacted with was professional and very kind. Check-in was straightforward, and the provider took time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring experience. I’ll definitely come back next time I need an urgent care.
This clinic was pretty good! I’ve never been to a walk in clinic before and I thought this was a relatively pleasant experience. I did have to wait a bit longer than I would have liked of course but they were upfront and apologetic about it. I liked Dr. Tibb and if I needed to, I would have no problem going back.
By far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Nicole M., the nurse/medical assistant, and Dr. Ollison were both warm and knowledgeable—which, in my experience, isn’t always the case. Dr. Ollison was concise and thorough in his diagnosis, taking time to explain an extensive checklist of possibilities in layman’s terms. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if the rest of the staff is anything like them.
Honestly... okay... this was for my wife's cough. I came in with her because English is her 2nd language and she asked me to join her. Despite that there was no one waiting in the lobby area - everything felt decidedly rushed. Weight, Height, Blood Pressure, Temperature, etc. were measured quickly and when asked about symptoms - it involved frequent interruptions and then a push for a chest X-ray (which felt kind of like a way to 'run up the tab' haha!) she declined as it seemed like overkill for chest congestion (that wa... read more
I just had to bring my daughter to be seen after an injury at Sky Zone. I had never been to this location of AFC Urgent Care, but the other locations around Charlotte have been a great experience. This location was just as wonderful! Gabriel was our service provider. We could not have been happier with the care and concern he showed towards my daughter and I.
