ELBA is so nice there!!! She doesn’t make you feel judged for being sick and she’s so kind, this urgent care is lucky to have her, I went in feeling like a dead human and because of her energy alone I felt so much better, she’s a ray of sunshine. It’s so clean here also , I don’t know why all the other urgent cares the receptionist hate their jobs and have such a bad attitude here but not here, this place is so friendly -Zoey
My experience at this location was extremely disappointing due to poor organization, rushed care, and unprofessional customer service. I scheduled an appointment in advance and completed the mobile check-in process upon arrival at 5:31 PM for a 5:45 PM appointment. According to the virtual waitlist, I was listed as number two.
