If I could give it 0 stars I would. They charged me $117 of Copay even though my insurance says I have 20% of copay that would be only $23. Had to wait for the bill to show as pay by my insurance to do a claim for them to pay me back. It has been 3 months and still haven't been able to get my money back. I always drive down from tarpon springs to go To this AFC because they take care of whatever the need is. Great team and Erica Martin the attending physician is wonderful to deal with. Quick in and out and no hassle. Makes life easy by calling in the prescriptions and were ready to pick up in no time. Very clean, professional and courteous. A big thanks!!
Recurrent accounting errors and no staff followup
Continually billed for service that was paid in full and in person at time of visit. They refused to resolve after I called multiple times. Had to send proof they were paid because they were too lazy to reconcile their own accounting after four months. (so where did the money go?) No follow up on their end as promised and no apologies. Lazy accounting staff and poor customer service. Stay away!!!
Sat there for 8 hours today watching name after name be called before I walked out. Sat in the sun for 6 plus hours just for the water fountain in the office to be disconnected. Absolutely ridiculous.
Everyone there was very nice. The only problem was: I was there for about 7 hours.

The paperwork that they are giving to people says that your specimens are picked up at the end of the day to be sent to the lab. When in fact they waited 3 days before it was actually sent to the lab. So for people that are waiting for results to go back to work. Don’t plan on the 2-4 days that they tell you for your results. On day 7 now and the lab just started working on them yesterday. So now I’m just starting my 2-4 waiting period a week later.
