The word urgent doesn’t apply here. We were the only ones in there and still waited 20 minutes in the waiting room. Then waited another 15 minutes in the actual room to see the doctor and waited another 15 to see her again. This whole time they could clearly see and hear the pain coming from my girlfriend. Worst urgent care i have ever experienced.

Billing - told me my insurance didn’t cover it so I paid the full amount of the appointment up front. Got a bill from a collections agency AND they called my emergency contact to collect a $30 bill for...?? HIPPA violation?? Wife was stung 4 times by ground wasps and took her to urgent care at 740 and the nurse says sorry but we are booked up and was giving us other locations to go. It was easy to see she was swelling up and breaking out in hives. Couldn’t even ask us what was wrong. No urgent care at this place.
Apparently there is a doctor here who will call CPS on parents as he sees fit based on dirty knees and feet.
WARNING AVOID!!!! We were at the park for about an hour when my middle son told me his foot hurt. I pulled off his shoe and noticed he had a splinter that had become infected. I would have treated it myself but noticed more redness and thought he would be better treated with antibiotics. Wow, so someone brought their kid in to AFC Urgent Care Phoenixville for their son's splinter and found out later that the doctor had reported the parent and accused them of neglect -- they found out when they took their son to Paoli Hospital.
Dennis, Chandler etc. were so easy to work with about billing issue. Very professional and caring.
Quick and convienient service. Dr's and Staff are very friendly.
