I was turned away at 7:20PM because they don’t do drug tests after 6PM. A 44 mile round trip wasted. The website says drug tests are available up to 8PM. I will notify my daughter’s prospective employer.
Awful experience her with a female Dr. She was dismissive, condescending and rude. She didn’t treat my infection, I had to go to another urgent care to be taken seriously and get medication.
Disgraceful!! Brought my son for a strep test. Particularly needed to know because I had my 88 year old mother staying with me- THEY NEVER CALLED WITH RESULTS- meanwhile my son calls three days later and was told that dr meant to call him and yes he has strep!!! They then tell him that a prescription is waiting for him at our pharmacy- and lo and behold i get there and it was NOT even called in! Called to complain and halfway through listening to excuse after excuse -told they wont speak to me because of HIPAA. I remind them... read more
Good doctors and very friendly staff but their take credit card info in offshore call centers and then transmit it over plain text to their Paramus office, where it sits for days until your card is actually processed.

I was taken in to an exam room right after I filled out the paper work. The competent staff took all the necessary tests. The doctor examined and diagnosed my illness after reviewing the test results. He told me what I had to do and prescribed medicine. He gave me a printout of instructions to follow and my vital statistics. I felt I was well taken care of.
This place is a joke DRIVER DON'T GO HERE FOR DOT EXAM
