Natalia was GREAT. I had a major issue with my paperwork. I called in a couple times to see about getting it fixed. She was very sweet and empathetic to my situation. She exhausted all avenues to get me in the right direction to resolve my problem. Having her be the first point of contact is very welcoming. Only giving a 4 star rating due to her. If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. I went to the N Military Hwy location to get a physical done for school I was told it was going to be 100 dollars which was fine, but I also needed to get a TB test done. They told me it was going to be $30 dollars extra I emphasized that I wanted to get it done at the VB department of health because they only charge $20 for the test and against my better judgment I just got it done there. I had a wonderful experience here thanks to the exceptional staff. Ms. Tink at the front desk provided a warm welcome, clearly explaining the necessary forms and keeping me informed about my place in line. Once I was seen, Ms. Amanda showed genuine concern for my ear infection. She even shared a lighthearted moment with me about not poking my ear, which I appreciated! I am grateful for their high level of professionalism and care.

All of the staff I interacted with were really pleasant and understanding. I called to ask did they accept my insurance and I spoke to Tina. She is really funny and down to earth. I encountered the same personality when I arrived. Also, the music is on point!

I have had nothing but great experiences here. The front staff are patient and helpful in getting folks checked in. Usually the wait after that is minimal in comparison to Patient First and other Urgent Cares. The providers I have seen have been kind, compassionate and trustworthy.
