The staff was very friendly and professional.
Waited too long to be seen...could barely walk from sitting so long and was offered no help to get to room...should of gone to ER Fast Track at HOCC...
Went in with bronchitis for 3 weeks not getting better. Saw Dr Stacey, loved her, the staff was so professional and they were all so nice. Will definitely go here again if the need arises.
My experience was quite nice despite feeling so sick. The clinic was clean, they were quick to help, and all the staff was very kind.
I want to say big thanks to the doctor and stuff in AFC urgent care in New Britain but especially to the mr.Felix and ms.Paulina they are very professional and helpful people!!!

Friendly welcome coming in. Easy transition from waiting room to first exam room and xrays. I am extremely great full and impressed with PA who made my diagnosis!! Right on and I am getting better. Great experience even though I was ill.
