I was able to schedule an appointment within 30 minutes. I was able to complete the registration and check-in process all on line and prior to my arrival. When I arrived at the facility there was nothing left to do, other than handle my copay. I was seen in less than 10 minutes. Two appointments for different family members and two great experiences! I was able to make appointments and provide insurance information ahead of time. The staff has been friendly, and the providers are very thorough. This is a MUCH different experience than we’ve had at other urgent care offices. The providers at AFC really took the time to explain and answer questions. They offered to send referrals to specialists in the following days if things didn’t improved. Wonderful experience, from the ladies at the front desk to the CNA, and the xray technician. The Dr took his time and was in no rush took time to explain everything. My son said I wish this was my primary physician they are so nice here. I asked him what would he rate his experience and he said 10 out 10. I also agree!!!
I’ve been there several times. It is my preferred urgent care when I’m sick and my Dr is unavailable. Most of the time the wait is reasonable. This time I was the only one. Everyone is very nice. I think they hire very good doctors. They listen and are proactive. The doctors have solutions and ideas for mitigating the symptoms. They are also in the lookout for what it might be. I really liked this place. It was clean and nice. Easy to get to. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Making my appointment online in the middle of the night and filling out my paperwork was super easy. My wait was very short and the doctor gave me everything needed to get better. Thank you
