I severely fractured my kneecap at work and had to do my follow up with AFC urgent care. And I’m so glad I did because they made everything so much better. The nurse was excellent and the doctor was wonderful they were both kind and caring and answered all my questions. And the most important is they listened. The clinic was very clean and all staff were polite and courteous. I did not have a long wait as a walk in. As far as my visit, it has been a minute since i’ve had someone that actively listened to me. Like ME. I wasn’t just another patient or head count. That was very comforting. 1000/10 recommend visiting. To all staff and Ashleigh M., NP: continue being awesome!
Easy and quick scheduling, and no wait time when I showed up for my appointment. The two ladies at the front who checked me in were super friendly. Paula took me back to the exam room and was so personable, a joy to talk to! Dr. Markell explained everything to me that would be done and was extremely nice. From the moment I walked in, to leaving, I had a great experience. I will absolutely be back next time I need an urgent care!
I was in quick. The staff were quite friendly. This was my first time and the office staff walked me through my paperwork on my phone. The nurse and the doctor were friendly and knowledgeable. I had as good as I could have for a visit even though I was sick, they made my visit pleasurable.
Wait times are a little longer than average because they typically only have one provider. However once you are seen, you can’t help but love them! Always a super personalized visit with patience and care. The entire staff is amazing! Highly recommend.
