I walked in off the street and was seen within minutes of checking in. Check in was a breeze although I didn't have her insurance card, they simply called and got the info they needed! This Urgent Care is AMAZING with small children. My two year old fell and bumped her head pretty good and they were amazing with her. She was acting like a two year old, even with a boo boo, running around and all that and the office staff were patient and kind. The doctor was just as wonderful. I had I wonderful experience from start to finish at this medical facility! The staff was so kind, professional, and helpful with everything,! Extremely clean place! Shout out to Obi who greeted me took all my vitals as well as the two nurses who I didn’t catch their names but both were amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this place! The couple of times I have been here and my kids have saw NP Owens has been a phenomenal experience! He's incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. Definitely recommend and will continue to come here for urgent care.
Worst experience of my life as far as drawing blood went. The woman working there seemed to not give one eff about anything. I was left to figure out how to get to and from the exam room as if I’m familiar with the layout. When I was done completing a sample I had to ask if I was done and she said yes. I left just for them to call me back that they weren’t done! 🤷🏻♀️ I’m not here every day doing these things so how am I supposed to know? My experience here was exceptional. The staff from the front desk and to the back with the doctor and nurse was very pleasant and courteous and efficient. We were in and out within an hour. I would most definitely bring my children here again for sports physicals,and for anything else if needed. A1 service from beginning to end. The area was neat and clean.
