AFC Urgent Care Monroe Rd. - [May 3rd and June 15th.] They're absolutely the best. I've been twice. Weekend and weekday trips were both fast and beneficial. Sophia was exceptionally helpful and personable. RN Owens was very attentive and patient. He explained everything and answered all questions. Did not act as if he was in a hurry. Lady at the front desk (Amari?) was excellent. All staff were knowledgeable and professional. Would not hesitate to go back. Thank you, AFC!
The staff was incredible. I got bit by a dog and I was honestly really afraid. Every staff member (front desk and both medical professionals) was incredibly kind and made the whole process much more calm and comfortable than I was expecting. I am very grateful for their care and professionalism today. They really helped me feel better physically and mentally after getting bit by a stray dog
