Great experience from start to finish. The clinic was very nice. Tasha was pleasant and helpful at reception. David Owens, NP is an outstanding provider. He made me feel comfortable, listen and reassured me that he would create a plan to solve my medical issue, then did just that! Thanks AFC team!
The doctor Kerri Perry when I first got there mentioned doing an x-ray and an MRI for my injured knee. That’s in pain. She wanted to do an x-ray to rule out broken bones before the MRI we found out there wasn’t any broken bones, which we already figured because I’m walking on it so it may be some tissues or that could’ve ripped. After the x-ray, she just started talking about medicines for inflammation without going to extra mile for the MRI to see what’s causing me pain. Very much appreciated being seen the same day. The staff was insanely kind. Nicest medical staff ever. The woman at the front desk is such a sweetheart. The nurse that took me back was so patient and understanding. And the Doc. Owens was so insanely patient and understanding. Im super grateful for this place and Ill be back for any of my medical needs in the future. Very short wait time compared to any other place.
I just want to say that they did an amazing job. Everything was took care of quick and efficient. I have been to urgent cares in smaller cities and it take hours. Where as here we were seen within 15 minutes of being fully checked in. Everyone was polite and very informative of what we needed to do to keep our child healthy. Daniel Owen’s was professional, knowledgeable and provided amazing patient care. As a fellow nurse practitioner I was blown away with his care. Definitely would recommend this urgent care. His medical assistant was thoughtful and they both worked together amazingly as a team!
