I walked in off the street and was seen within minutes of checking in. Check in was a breeze although I didn't have her insurance card, they simply called and got the info they needed! This Urgent Care is AMAZING with small children. My two year old fell and bumped her head pretty good and they were amazing with her. She was acting like a two year old, even with a boo boo, running around and all that and the office staff were patient and kind. The doctor was just as wonderful. I walked in unsure. I came out feeling relieved , safe, and happy. The staff was so friendly, professional, quick, charismatic, and supportive. I will not hesitate to return myself or take my family members. A thank you to everyone.
I had I wonderful experience from start to finish at this medical facility! The staff was so kind, professional, and helpful with everything,! Extremely clean place! Shout out to Obi who greeted me took all my vitals as well as the two nurses who I didn’t catch their names but both were amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this place!
