My insurance (VA optum) has paid for my visits and they still charged my credit card for one visit. This is theft. There overseas billing department is giving me the run around. Working with cc as a fraud claim now. If you want to partner with the VA (veterans admin), learn how to get authorization codes. I did all the hard work and got authorization and you recieved payment. Now you need to refund my credit card for the 258. Do better by veterans.
