I needed a Urine screen and was turned away at LabCorp for no apparent reason. I called the number in my email, they searched sent me here. Ironically I was across the street at a store. Walked in, greeted, impeccable communication and empathy, I was in an out and told when to expect my results. Even though the email gave specific locations, I realized that I could've went other places for the test. Keep up the great work.

Made an appointment online at 7:30 AM for 8 AM. Easy to make. Was there a few minutes early. The receptionist saw me outside and let me in. First she checked that I was the 8 o’clock appointment. How nice in the Texas heat right now. The receptionist was so polite, understanding, welcoming, professional and attentive.
