Exceptional service! From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with professionalism and treated with care. The Doctor was so thorough and attentive, and she even taught me as a mom how to take care of him while he was sick at home she went above and beyond and she took her time. She was very patient and she heard me as a patient’s mom not knowing what to do and walked me through the process of taking care of my patient son. I really appreciate her from the bottom of my heart for everything that she did for my son. I love her.
I often go to urgent care for chronic infections and this staff was unexpectedly kind and caring. Jasmine at the front desk was not only welcoming and helpful, but when she noticed me coughing, she offered and brought me water. PA Kayla was interested in my history and so patient as I went through it, including my frustrations. Great Nurses Great Doctors. I felt listened to, respected, and my concerns were taken serious. They gave me hope in humanity again. That not everyone is gonna be mean to me or watch me suffer in that kind of pain. I can't thank them enough I came up there enough they know my face. Ladies in the back are so caring. Definitely will recommending if asked. Makes me feel comfortable as an adult to bring the kids here if need in the future.
I took my daughter for the free physical on Saturday and we lined up early. The woman at the front desk opened the doors at 7:45 a.m. to let everyone start checking in. I think it went well because the lobby filled up quickly and they started calling the patients back in no time. The nurses were great, friendly and very attentive. I recommend this location for your healthcare needs.
