Mel and Rachel were great, showing true professional service and friendliness. I actually enjoyed being there!
This Urgent Care was phenomenal. We are visiting our son and I knew I had a UTI, but I didn’t know where to go. If all Urgent cares as much as this one, I would give up my doctors and just come here. The staff I encountered (3 women, Mel, Shanthy, receptionist)made my visit comfortable and they diagnosed me quickly. I got in quickly and no waiting. Wish I could take them back to Idaho and show other Urgent Cares how it’s done to give the best to their patients.
A staff both warm and compassionate. Done in a flash, no time, I didn't ration it. With Mel 's triage sublime and Shanthy making sense, I got my health in order and away I went....
