This experience was completely unacceptable. I came in seeking medical care after losing a prescribed medication, but the front desk refused to even allow me to register and the front desk staff and the provider Catherine Worley repeatedly asked about my medical condition in the lobby, within earshot of other patients. I understand that a provider may decline to prescribe certain medications. My issue is that the provider refused to see or evaluate me at all. My first visit went ok. The Doctor sent in a prescription. The next morning I called the office to ask for some pain medicine because I was in severe pain! and the Doctor said I needed to come in. I asked can he please send some pain meds in and the nurse said no! He wants you to come in because he can’t send without me coming back. I visited many urgent care and emergency rooms in my 62 years on earth and not once I heard a doctor said no after I was just there in less then 24 hours. Not happy with AFC URGENT CARE ELYSON. Scheduled the night before. Was able to see the doctor for my son's ear infection the very next morning. Doctor was patient and polite. Office staff was nice. Check in was easy.
We have used them several times over the past few years and always received excellent care and attention. Very convenient to schedule and visit
The staff was amazing. My wait time was under five minutes. The nurse was very courteous and attentive to my needs. The Nurse practitioner is very prompt and professional. Thank you all for what you do! I would definitely recommend this place .
