This might sound weird, but it was a pleasant experience. Shannon is the perfect person to have greeting patients and getting all relevant information. Beside doing her job we were able to joke with each other. Mark took good care of me. He was thorough and direct (which I especially liked). The tech (I can't remember her name) was also professional, thorough and a pleasant young lady. I was a walk-in, but I didn't have to wait all that long to be seen. I recommend the Downingtown site to everyone.
If your doctor is not available you can go there and have anything you need taken care of and avoid the ER. And everybody so nice there

Very courteous people, prompt care and great follow-up on my condition
I cut my finger to the point it would not stop bleeding. Wrapped it in a paper towel, drove to this Urgent Care. A very nice doctor assistant took me right away to take a look and give me a temporary fix. The doctor on duty stepped in to see the cut and decided they would be able to treat this there. I was then able to register, sign 1 form and within 3 minutes, the doctor had me in a treatment room. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful.
