Staff is nice but nothing is actually “urgent” at this urgent care. Had an 8:30am “appt”, seen at 9:10 by nurse, got swabbed and didn’t see anyone again. 10am asked what’s up and sitting here still waiting. If I didn’t need my chest to be heard I’d just do telemedicine next time. Finally saw the doctor and he was unskilled and unfriendly. Highly avoid this place. You’ve been warned.

I was sent to this urgent care for a physical and blood draw for work. They took me in quick, when they weighed me the MA took my height too and hit me in the face with the piece to measure me. It was an accident I said it’s fine but she barely said sorry. She began to attempt to take my blood and she couldn’t do it. She was fishing for my vein with the needle which as someone who works in healthcare I know you’re NOT supposed to do that.
