Tells me my test was covered by my insurance. Get a bill in the mail 3 weeks later for 223$ 👎👎

We are sorry for the misunderstanding. It is our policy to have patients check with their insurance company to make sure their test is covered. Our Walk-in price for testing where insurance does not cover is $199 and we will be happy to adjust your bill accordingly.
I am furious! AFC made unauthorized charge on my debit card for $390.00 2 months after being seen and made no attempts to contact me to resolve any debt or billing collection if there is one, I have health insurance so Im not sure what they are even charging me for but Im sure making unauthorized charges is not allowed. I also confirmed when registering that this would not be something that would happen when they asked to have a card on file. This place sucks. My wife rushed her mother here after she got a severe cut on her hand and was bleeding profusely. They would not take her because she did not have a photo ID, even though my wife is her health care proxy and had documentation and she has insurance. She had to go to the ER and risk getting exposed to the flu. Horrible!
In for a flu shot. Clean facility. Friendly and efficient staff.
This place is great! We were in and out quickly, and that included x-rays. The front desk, nurse, tech, and doctor were all very nice, helpful and efficient. Great staff! Thanks
