I stopped here because my regular doctor was not able to get me in. Nurses and techs that I interacted with were great and super helpful. However, when I had a question and called back later to ask I was out on hold 3 times for upwards of 15-20 minutes each time and hung up on each time. There is no alternate means for communication that I was able to find in their portal. Very very poor communication.

Worst urgent care. Third time attempting to come here. First 2 times I walked out because of misinformation on website vs what they tell you in person. There’s zero communication and their “waiting” system for getting tested does not work. Not to mention customer service is non existent. Received a call to come in and it still took over an hour waiting outside to be called in. Do NOT recommend. Make the trip to Mt. RecommendedHad a COVID test and it went very well
Took daughter there for COVID-19 rapid test, she went in Sara was rude, daughter gave her the Blue Cross insurance card, she ran said it would not pay, but we could pay $350 and try to get our money back. Left there went to Center, Main Street Family Urgent Care. Very nice, insurance no problem.
