Terrible staff
My son woke up with both of his eyes with what appears to by pink eye. I was able to select an appointment that was within the next hour. Having everything filled out before the appointment allowed me the peace of mind and attention to be kept on my 18 month old as he is an active child so filling out documents would of been a hassle with him getting involved possibly trying to run away.
