Amazing service and provider!
Kind, patient and attentive staff. In and out with a thorough explanation on next steps to resolve my son’s double ear infection along with recommendations for next steps (with repeat ear infections).
I had a great experience at this urgent care—10/10! The service was very fast, and everyone was incredibly attentive. The staff member at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. They even let me know that if I’m still not feeling well, I can return within three days and the follow-up is included with my first visit. I felt very well cared for and would definitely recommend this location!
Tuve una muy buena experiencia en AFC Urgent Care Bridgeland. Fui para que me evaluaran porque llevaba varios días con tos y quería saber qué estaba pasando. Desde que llegué, el personal fue muy amable, atento y profesional. Me atendieron rápidamente, escucharon mis síntomas y me explicaron todo con mucha claridad. Me sentí bien atendida y tranquila durante la visita. Sin duda, recomiendo este lugar y agradezco mucho la atención que recibí.
Cut my finger and it did not stop bleeding, this was the closest place. They had me wait 45 minutes until seeing me. No one in the lobby or working check in. The doctor or nurse or whoever it is that sees you came out 5 minutes into my wait and said “oh it’s not too bad.” Then went presumably to eat her lunch because I had to wait the 40 minutes and I could hear the microwave.
