I showed up twice on two different days for a drug screen and both times got excuses why they couldn't do it now and I would have to come back at another time more convenient for them. One time to be asked to come back I understand but to be told again is in my opinion poor staffing and planning.
I recently relocated so did not yet have a pcp. I was in a bind and needed to be seen immediately, I was surprised at how fast I was attended to. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Very happy I found this location, I would definitely recommend.
Staff was OK, billing is s TOTAL RIPOFF. Charge you 4 times the price you can buy it yourself for equipment - and it appeared to be USED!!! DO NOT GO THERE. They do not reply to billing requests, they are terrible.
