I saw the online Bon Secours MD via telemedicine before coming. I was sent to this location for COVID 19 testing. It was even on the paperwork. The front office stopped me and asked what I was there for. I told them that I was asymptomatic but had an exposure and was given a referral to come here and get tested. I showed her the referral and doctors notes for the visit. She stated that they don’t take outside doctors orders. I explained that he WAS a Bon Secours doctor. RecommendedThe staff works good together and they were very nice and concern about my situation.
I was greeted the very second I entered the office. The directions given concerning the paperwork required were very clear and to the point. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The entire staff at AFC was very friendly and accommodating. They made a stressful experience a whole lot better. I would recommend this location very highly!
Waiting room good. Signing in good. I've been 3 times in the past year and the receptionists have been personable. Especially liked the young man. The two ladies who checked my vital signs and questioned me were very thorough and friendly. i liked Dr. Aragon and Dr. Hurst very much and NP Pratt. All my treatments were effective and didn't need any follow up other than to let my family Dr. know.
Came into this location having had a pretty crummy day. I was beyond frustrated with the entire day...when I arrive I was greeted immediately by two very kind and welcoming front office employees. They gave me undivided attention and assured me that they would do anything they could to make my experience there a good one, to hopefully turn my day around. Their interactions were so kind and genuine. I was cared for pretty quickly and with total top notch professionalism! Thank you!

5 star 🌟 10 The staff - Natasha (physician assistant) and the lady at the front window (greeter), and in staff Doctor were so nice and caring. To be a new resident of Greenville they made me feel at home. Exceptional , fast, caring service — I highly recommend

I usually don't do reviews but such a clean, quick , & friendly place to go! waited maybe 5 minutes. Will definitely be back if need be.
