I went there yesterday and will never go back.i told them everything that was wrong.this NP does not know anything thing.i know something is wrong when my ears are hurting.she told me my ears are fine.i told her about my throat hurting, being badly congested and that I needed the solution for my nebulizer ,but it couldn't be straight Albuterol..well she gave me the straight Albuterol,and a 100 mg antibiotic.i ask for some cough syrup, cause I have a bad cough.she didn't and I ask why she said it because I am diabetic..my PCP... read more
I was seen quickly and the np was great.
I'd suggest finding another clinic to complete DOT exams. There's two stars only because I eventually got my documents. I went directly to AFC for a DOT recertification exam with a company authorization letter. I filled out the questionnaire for previous medical history and any current prescribed medications. Only after being called back to get vitals and while in the exam room was I told I must provide a clearance letter from my doctor for any prescribed medications before certification could be given. Been there twice in a week for a DOT physical. several hours of waiting for both times. Will never go back
I’m pretty sure the doctor misdiagnosed me. She was very short when I was explaining my symptoms and asking questions. I’ve called several times to speak with the doctor Stephanie Mann bc I’m still experiencing the same symptoms and the girls at the front desk keep telling me she’s too busy to take my phone call. I also had an issue with the front desk and I’m waiting for a manager to call me back and no one has called me back.
