great service was in and out in good timing
I was sent here for a pre employment drug screening. Two stars for the check in process only. The patient service is horrible. Once I finally made it to the back , I was left for a little over a hour without any follow up as to if I needed to "go" , I can only hold it for so long. With no one in sight I couldn't hold it any longer and "went" . RIDICULOUS. The sloppiness of this urgent care never fails to amaze me. First off, I made an appointment online to be seen as soon it opened . I figured I’d beat the waiting line and get seen quickly enough to return to work. WRONG. Four patients were let in before me even though I was supposedly “next” in the virtual cue. I explain my child symptoms, swabs are done and we’re left there for what feels like forever waiting on results while you can hear gossiping going on outside our doors. Online appointments are a waste of time. Don’t bother. It’s 9:45 and waiting on a 9:10 appointment. Submitted insurance online Once in they said they had no strep test.
