The front office staff got my VA insurance figured out right away. The nurse who took me back was very friendly. The doc who saw my was thorough in describing what I went in for and gave me a clear path to follow for getting treatment
I went for a UA request from my employer and was in and out quickly and without any problems.
Be vigilant on how they bill you. I went in for a TB skin test and paid $30 for the visit I had to go 3 days later for a skin read and they added an outstanding balance of $35 to my account because whoever signed me in or out didn’t write the note stating it wasn’t a visit. I had to go back and forth with billing and the facility and now it’s been escalated. They also automatically added whatever card I used for payment on my account without my consent!! DO BETTER
