AFC Ballantyne is amazing! The provider, Paul Neagle, PA, was so caring, professional, and also, his obvious expertise and experience was very much welcome! After ordering X-ray, a broken rib is why I was in so much pain. He sent in RX for infection and gave me instructions for dealing with my rib pain. The entire staff was awesome, beginning with Gloria at the front desk! She was very empathetic and helpful! The medical assistant, Faisa(sp) was caring and very efficient. Pulled my back out the day prior and having experienced the same issue before I decided to get treatment. I have used this urgent care a couple of times and this was by far the best yet. The PA was knowledgeable and the treatment plan was successful! I can't believe how much better my back is today. I would definitely recommend this provider.
I had an informative amazing experience today. We went in for a sports physical for my boys, I was treated with kindness and the staff was very helpful. Rhonda greeted me with a smile and she provided us with a coupon to use during our visit. The wait time was under 15minutes, that’s exceptional in this area. Mia was very kind and helpful during the triage portion of physical. Tristin answered all my questions and provided recommendations. This location is my favorite!
Friendly staff as well as Doctor too. Addressed my concerns. Explained everything very well. Wait time was pretty quick. Very clean and comfortable waiting area as well as exam rooms. Highly recommend this place. Thank you
I went in with some pain to have it further assessed. The PA, Paul Neagle, referred me to the ER for surgical assessment. He was spot on. The diagnosis was confirmed with additional testing and I had surgery that evening. He personally followed up with me later. This Urgent Care facility and their staff go above and beyond and are super friendly and professional.
