Kind, thorough & fast.
The NP Cory that was there was super unhelpful and didn’t ask enough questions to properly diagnose me. Left feeling equally as sick and dehydrated as I did when I got there. Super dismissive and seemed to just want to give me a covid test when I had no symptoms for covid… and chalked it up to a “pre-UTI?”, no WBC present, no culture, did not openly share lab information or vitals or findings with me (im a pretty competent ICU nurse and he lacked knowledge for sure). I received very good treatment here. Everybody was very, very kind and exceptionally accommodating. The facility was very clean, which immediately conveyed a sense of comfort and trust. Overall, a thoroughly positive experience! I would definitely recommend this provider!
