The clinic was clean and the staff were friendly. My issue was with the evaluation itself. I went in immediately after injuring my Achilles and was told it was probably not torn because I wasn't in enough pain. Once it seemed clear to them I hadn't broken a bone, I was given a boot and advised to spend time out of it and walk on it as much as possible. The staff was very helpful to me. While I appreciated their efforts, the end result of my visit didn’t answer my questions. This was not due to their experience. The urgent care needed more sophisticated equipment to help me with my issues. I can highly recommend this facility to anyone needing care.
I have never had a pleasant experience with urgent care until I came here. The staff was so friendly and compassionate, the doctor took the time to listen and value what I had to say, and they were not gouging costs for things I did not need. It was incredibly helpful to go get the help I needed and feel like I was actually helped and cared for, and that it didn't break the bank even though I do not have insurance. I would recommend anyone needing urgent care to come to this location. Thank you.
