They sent out plumber to repair bath tub faucet and caulk tub great repair thank you
I recently needed a dryer repair after not having contacted management for over a year. The request was handled quickly and professionally and my dryer was again working within two days of going out. I'm very happy with this experience.

My sewer line blocked on Thanksgiving day and maintenance from this company took care of the situation immediately. Thank you for saving the Thanksgiving celebration for our family.
AFC took over managing the property we rent and they, raised rent by over 10%, added on junk fees, and are trying to pressure us into signing this lease by providing the final copy to us days before we need to renew. Lowest of the low sort of people. They also included clauses that seem to violate Colorado law. Avoid at all costs. They’re saying it’s all the property owner which is just bull.
