We have made multiple maintenance requests to our house and nothing gets done unless we call multiple times. We had to throw out our food because our fridge stopped working. Nikki told us that the vendor would reach out to get us a new fridge. We didn’t hear from anyone until we reached out AGAIN. Now it’s almost a month later and we still do not have a new fridge.
