Our business is having major issues with Laura Cox the regional manager. She refuses to release titles that are sold units. Instead of working out the situation with us, she hangs up on us. Extremely unprofessional.
David and Kat in the office are awesome but Laura Cox the district manager leaves ALOT to be desired, she won't even talk to her customers...... she hides behind her front office people...... very sad ......
