They robbed me blind. They could care less about us. You wind up owing them $300.00 and when they finish with you you have to pay over $4,000.00 or they put a Lein on your property. Oh and by the way their attorneys own this management company. A & F are their attorneys and they are located in the same Bldg.
This is not a Property Management group that follows the law. A property management group ensures that HOA dues and books meet the law as well as ensures that board members understand the by laws. This Property Management group is a joke and has stolen from one of the largest communities in Kendall - The Hammocks. What a joke of a company - they should go out of business! giving them one star because Google won't allow zero starts in a post.
