This people they are scammers horrible service. They want to charge for no service for doing nothing.
Showed up late. Told me the same thing I had told them about my water heater over the phone. They told me only a plumber could get a replacement authorization from the manufacturer which is not true. And then told me to pay them 125$ for coming out and doing nothing and providing no new information. Then called me two weeks later demanding money. There are better plumbing companies in the area.
Have used them before. This time they said someone would be at my home between 8 and 9 a.m. At 10, we called and the woman said she would check and call us back. At 11, we called again and the man, presumably the owner, said “well, she lies” and someone called in and ... and yes we should probably call someone else. Will never call again!!!
