Aetna decided that I need to appeal to get services covered that my doctor ordered for a health problem I was having. The doctor appealed 6 months after Aetna refused to pay, and now I am on the hook. Now I have to appeal, almost 10 months after l received healthcare, because I had the audacity to have a health problem. Absolutely the worst healthcare, and the worst people to deal with
The Aetna medical insurance process has been very poor. They keep asking for medical records that were already submitted with my claim. I have called three times, spoken to different representatives each time, but the issue is still unresolved. Do not buy this insurance
If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST INSURANCE EVER! They will deny everything, your prescriptions and procedures. It's a joke of an insurance company, they just take your money.
This is just garbage.
