Chris Cook- name of the broker I booked the load with. we spent hours and hours at the PU. Original PU appt was at 2pm and we made agreement at 4.33pm (so 2hr and 30 min AFTER PU appt) This Chris guy said it is flexible PU all day basically, but never said we gonna be work-in. Driver spent hours at the PU and detention was rejected because we were running late for the PU?!??! This is what we are dealing with these days! Booked a load got to the shipper, after two hours driver was told load had already been picked up. After multiple emails and phone calls no one has called us back and REFUSE to pay a TONU.
I booked a load with the dispatcher Liam. He was working on the RC like 10 minutes , and after when I asked him about the RC he answered that will not use us because I am a scammer. Our company is in this business more than 7 years already and we have a huge # of the trucks. I am prety sure that he simply booked this load with someone else for the cheapest price.
Company tried to double broker my load. They took load details and reposted back on DAT for a lower rate
I dont drive for them but i inquired about a driving job and they are very pleasant to talk to on the phone. i also know a few of their drivers and they are very nice and courteous and willing to lend a hand when its windy out and you're trying to throw your tarp.
