If I could give no stars I would terrible insurance first off welfare put me on this insurance because I still qualified for chip but i am 18 years old and the only doctors they cover is pediatricians which I cannot go to because I am 18. I got switched to Aetna better health kids recently when our finances changed. I actually enjoy their services. They reach out often and ask where we need help. I want to give a shout out to a customer service employee named Frankie. Hes great. Ive called and got him twice hes been great. So helpful and kind. Thank you Frankie for making it easy. God bless.
I have been having issues the past couple months with receiving a bill for two premiums instead of the one. I kept receiving letters saying that I did not pay last month's premium. I could not figure out how to fix this because I know I was paying before it was due. I called today and spoke with Sandy. She provided me the great advice of paying a week earlier to avoid this happening, as it can take a few days to process the payment which she believes is the reason I am running into this problem. I had this health insurance plan when I was a kid and it was absolutely horrible. They covered almost nothing. All I remember them covering is one surgery which we had to fight them to cover, and yearly check ups. Refused to cover an allergy test, and medication/treatment for ADHD (no coverage for mental health services). No doctors accept this insurance. INSANELY difficult to find coverage. Absolute garbage.
