This company is terrible. My child was assigned this insurance and now I know why, no one would ever pick it on purpose. There is no one that accepts this insurance and they do not cover mental health services. The cancer center doesn’t even accept this insurance. Please don’t choose this and save yourself the headache.

The billing department is absolutely incompetent. I almost feel like they are intentionally screwing up my invoices so they can milk more money from me. And the customer service representatives refused to budge when I complain that my bill is clearly inaccurate. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any customer service. The absolute worst. I can't even make it through an entire phone call without wanting to scream.
I had two different dentist requests me to have my son get braces and this insurance company said it was not necessary! I had to appeal 1st and the 2 nd they still had there excuse not to cover it! This is one of the worst insurance companies to deal with bc they only care about money then actually doing what’s right for the person on the plan! I wouldn’t suggest anyone go with them bc If You really need something they will keep refusing to pay for it! Not a very good insurance company!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was told by 2 different orthodontists that my daughter needs braces. Aetna Better Health will not approve the payment for her braces. This is by far the worst insurance I have ever dealt with.
