Aetna is a health insurance company, but they do not understand the difference between an inpatient medical admission and a rehab service. Nothing but constant problems with Aetna not knowing the basics. Aetna, please send me a paycheck for having to train your staff everytime i call. Thanks.
I was told during enrollment that I would be keeping my Part A & B Medicare Disability Insurance plus Aetna’s version of PPO insurance. Except I got my mail Saturday in was my new Aetna plan policy but they canceled my Part B Medicare coverage for disability and told me that I am to young to receive this. Except Social Security and my Doctors Determined that I am disabled. So they have no right to deny me this.
