I travel full time, so finding a nail tech I love and actually getting to come back to her is pretty rare! I tried to come here to get a gift card during business hours. The door said walk-ins welcome, but also set appointments only. The door was locked even though the open sign was on. Update to respond to the business: It was more than 20 min early. If you're going to close early, maybe turn off your open sign. The fact that I couldn't receive any services after driving all the way over there because you closed early is the problem, not the excuse.
