I had 5 sessions done and seen no results. When I mentioned it, no body seems to care. The staff are nice and friendly but barely speak English and could not explain to me the treatment or the Devices they are using. No one followed back with me after they took the pictures to discuss why I am not seeing any results despite the fact that they assured me that I will be seeing a difference.
Everyone was super nice and welcoming . I was 15 mins late but had called ahead of time. Sabrina at front desk was so understanding and took me right away .I filled out some paperwork and disclaimer and I was greeted by Diane the Aesthetic Nurse Tech Diane. Diane took time to learn about medical history and or medications and made me feel safe and heard. Staff accommodated my scheduling needs and several changes, explained treatment thoroughly, answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything. Got a great deal off an ad, which they honored almost two months after I inquired. They were super nice and the service was lovely.
Great customer service and the treatment are great. The issue is I made an argument to come every other week a set a payment a was still charged weekly. Not ok
