Stacy does great work, but she will cancel suddenly and expect to reschedule. This did not happen my first couple of appointments, but has happened every time since. I can understand once in an extreme emergency, but she has done this to me 2 or 3 times now and to several of my friends. She even canceled on a friend the day before her wedding, leaving her scrambling to find another place at the last minute. The last time she only gave me an hour notice.
