My visit included Juvederm which was not distributed evenly in my lips. I always have swelling with lip injections however this time they turned black and blue from the bruises. The staff at Aesthetica gladly got me in for another consultation but only to tell me they were sorry. The assistant told me that she believed I was just unhappy with their technique. Prior to becoming a patient/customer at Aesthetica, I had undergone Juvederm and botox at my dermatologist's office and at a "medical spa" in Tyler, and was not happy with the results; in fact, they were so ineffective that my husband would not have noticed if not for the bruising, (I looked like I had been in a car accident). I have been using Dawn for about 20 years. She's done my microdermabrasion, juvederm, skin Penn, photo facial, and lazer removal. Since I am a breast cancer survivor I signed up for the Mona Lisa treatments. I had 3 done and those treatments have changed the quality of my life. I only have positive things to say about Aesthetica and the entire staff. They will accommodate your every need.
I went to Aesthetica a year ago in September and I have to say I never thought I would be so happy with my skin Dawn took me in and said let me do my thing and I let her , and now I can get up everyday and never have to put make up on I never thought I would be so happy with my skin !
