They are just Money Hungry, I had then do somework for me and they charged me 1300 for a cap I never received. When I tried to get a refund for the cap they gave me the run around and acted like they couldn't find any record showing a cap mold was never sent out or received back. Even when I sent them a set of X-rays from another dental office that showed I never received a the Cap they still would not help me or give me my refund.
