My daughter booked a facial through ClassPass at this location, and unfortunately, her experience was very disappointing. As her mother, I was especially concerned because this was her first facial. She has a dermal piercing near her ear, and there was no consultation beforehand. She was not asked about piercings or advised to remove them prior to starting the service.
