I was a bundle of nerves when I came in to have my 3 week old son’s tongue tie lasered. As soon as Dr hand entered the room I was at ease. He was warm, understanding and so professional. He gave a gentle and thorough assessment and explained everything to us using evidence to make sure we understood. I went from being very unsure to being completely sure of the decision in minutes. All staff were friendly, helpful and patient through the whole experience. If I needed it again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Huge thanks to Dr James Bartalotta and the team. I came in with serious damage to my teeth and gums, and in just a few sessions they completely turned it around. The results speak for themselves, my smile looks incredible, and my confidence is back. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Took my daughter’s bracers off at 14 - then dentist shaved her front teeth without an my new appointment. Now up for a root canal. But they changed business - so we have to repair the damage. No apologies for mistakes. Try get past the front dear desk - to complain. You’ll be in your own.
