I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. After waiting SIX weeks for my daughter's frenectomy appointment, I received a text message on the day of the appointment—not even a phone call—to say it had been cancelled because the doctor was sick. I had an appointment booked with Dr. Hand over a month ago for my 6-week-old son. We have been patiently waiting for this appointment so he could have his tongue tie assessed and treated, as it has been causing him significant feeding difficulties. Dr Hand and the team were wonderful with my 3 month old's tongue and lip tie release. No question was ever too bothersome and the after-care checkins were very reassuring. Dr Hand was a friendly and calming presence for a very anxious mum and the results have been night and day. I'm very grateful for the work of Dr Hand and his very supportive team.

I was a bundle of nerves when I came in to have my 3 week old son’s tongue tie lasered. As soon as Dr hand entered the room I was at ease. He was warm, understanding and so professional. He gave a gentle and thorough assessment and explained everything to us using evidence to make sure we understood. I went from being very unsure to being completely sure of the decision in minutes. All staff were friendly, helpful and patient through the whole experience. If I needed it again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
