What an absolute wonderful Dental Practice, from the very pleasant reception staff to the dental nurse and the amazing dentist Dr Tom. I have never experienced such a caring Dentist , he is constantly checking, throughout your procedure, to see if you are okay. He is extremely polite and respectful to both patient and his nurse. 10/10 for me Dr Tom. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
I recently had composite bonding done, and the results are incredible — super natural, clean, and exactly what I was hoping for. Dr James took the time to explain every step, made me feel totally comfortable, and clearly takes real pride in his work. You can tell he’s a perfectionist in the best way possible. Called up to find out more details about Linea. Receptionist that answered was named Olivia I believe. I had spent $300 on a appointment previously. When calling the receptionist she was wanting to hang up all the time and kept saying ' OK I'm going to go, I'm going to let you go ' and just wanting to leave the conversation all the time. Receptionist was hopeless and I could see how much she was trying to get rid of me, overall her job was to talk to someone over the phone enquiring.
