Great office, wonderful experience – I work in the financial district so the battery street location is convenient. They also take my insurance (ppo) which is important to me. I've gone to this office twice. The first time I came in for a spot on my face that I was worried about because I read so much about skin cancer. Dr. Binstock was very nice and told me that he'd have to make a very small incision and take a biopsy which didn't even need a stitch. It was my face and he was sensitive to that. standard doctors office, but poorly run with long waits – I have been there twice, and both times have had to wait 30-45 minutes. The last time I went, despite having a 10am appointment, I never even got to see the doctor because I had to return to work. As of 10:45am (with me still waiting) I told them I had to leave because I had things to do at work, and they seemed to not really care.
