Talk about leaving a place that normally induces fear, with a feeling of being totally taken care of. I am one of those patients who panics with all things medical and Dr. Castillo was amazing. She made me feel calm, safe and informed. She really does care about the whole body and person. She has such a calming presence. She worked so well with her partner in the room. Went to my first visit with Dr Castillo at Bio Med and was an excellent experience. The office staff, Lisa and Denise, were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The Hygenist Julie was also very pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. I especially liked Dr Castillo, she was also friendly and welcoming, not to mention very thorough and answered all my questions and explained what she saw on the x-rays and digital photos she took and what would be the plan of action. The entire staff is great…as ALWAYS. Denise and Liza and were outstanding in assisting me with the billing and appointment process. Kendra went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and understood the entire dental process. Didn’t hurt one bit! And Candida Castillo is in a class all by herself.
