I feel welcomed and "seen" by Dr. Castillo and her friendly staff. The feeling I get when there, is one of being taken care of. There are options provided for personal comfort- a blanket and neck roll, if wanted. I have been going to Dr. Castillo for six years and trust her completely, believing, based on the care she has given me, that she has my best interests in mind. First time and what a great experience. The staff were friendly and professional. The paperless streamline forms got you set up quickly. The hygienist Julie also very friendly did a great job, very thorough in her cleaning yet pain free. As a side note I could also hear my wife with her hygienist Maria on the other side joking around so that made me very happy to hear my wife so relaxed which can be tough for her at the dentist. As always, the staff are friendly upon arrival. My cleaning was quick and professional. I follow the good practice of flossing daily, and today it showed. The Doctor always comes in at the end of the cleaning to catch up, and complete an exam of my mouth, cheeks, tongue, and throat. If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place!
