Linda is great but the office ops is a mess. I hate to have to go somewhere else but... I called for an appt on Mon, March 2 and the rep says she has to talk to Linda and will call me back. No callback all week. I called back on Mar 5 and they acted like I had never called. I was told many people answer the phone in this office. They may answer but who follows up? Thanks for help and care Linda. I will miss you.
Linda is excellent! What I admire about her is her conservative approach !
