Beautiful studio, helpful staff.
Great shooting spaces here. Plenty of garage parking under the building.
Seems to be a nice facility. Building owner has to to better community relations. Neighbors have been getting vehicles ticketed for illegally parking in the alley behind the building. Film LA seems to be getting involved.
This review is not about the facility. As a neighbor to this business, I can absolutely attest to the issues with parking. The building owner nor the building manager do nothing to get productions to adhere to the parking restrictions, and it causes no end of concern for the neighborhood. The owner has demonstrated a complete disregard to this concern. There is NO PARKING in the alley behind the building. Production vehicles should be routed to park in front on Washington Place, or under the building. It may be a great place... read more
