I met Bob (and his great little dog Simba) about 18 months ago. Brought my vacuum to him for a tuneup, filters etc. He was a consummate professional. Knowledgeable and was nice enough to give me a vacuum to take with me while mine was being serviced. Came back to him the other day for a tuneup again. As expected, Bob took care of business and I got the vacuum back 2 days later. Highly recommend. Nice experience.
No stars for him... took my vacuum to him was told needed two new motors for 349.00 not very nicely I might add, Got another opinion at Stonybrook Vacuum turns out belt was broken! Not only did she replace the belt but cleaned the machine for 65.00 Thank you Robin. It works great Will never be back to him again!
What an amazing experience. Bob was knowledgeable, professional and very kind. I would highly recommend this store and Aerus vacuum cleaners. An engineering feat of cleaning capabilities.
Built a new home and was looking for a central vacuum system, definitely have to say these guys are the best. Walked me through the whole install process and I have to say the price was great. I will definitely be visiting them again for my service needs. Keep up the great business!
I was very satisfied with the repair on my Vacuum. Not only was Bob courteous but knew exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it in a timely manner. I’ve used the Commack location before and find their service and staff very professional and nice.
