Hello, my previous dog was a patient here he passed a few months ago and we were trying to bring our new puppy in for a new patient appt which was quoted at 2 hours time frame. Since the last time I came I did not realize how much traffic had increased (used to be a 9 min drive now is 26) so got stuck in traffic and called ahead to notify that I would be only 4 minutes behind schedule which most people would not have done.
